Terms and Conditions for Bar Hire.

Contract and Modification of Contract

We will submit a written quotation which the customer is required to accept in writing.
Quotations are not an acceptance of an order. On acceptance a confirmation will be confirmed in writing. On receipt of the confirmed booking details, the customer is responsible for checking the order and advising immediately, in the event of any discrepancies.
No verbal representations or arrangements are recognized by the company and these terms and conditions shall only be modified by a supplementary written contract.

Payment Methods

We take cheque, cash or bank transfer for any pre ordered services and drinks. Cheques to be made payable to All Bar .1. For payment direct to our bank account, we will provide details. Over the bar we only take cash.
We require a £50.00 deposit for glass hire, this is fully refunded to yourself at the end of the event providing no glasses are broken by any member of your party (see claims for breakage).
Bar hire, glass deposit and equipment hire is due on return of signed confirmation. 20% of all pre ordered drinks is due on return of signed confirmation. The remaining cost is due to be paid 1 month prior to event or a pre arranged written agreement between the manager and customer.
Orders are accepted on the basis that full payment must be received prior to event.

Delivery / Collection

Deliveries and collections will be made to and from a single ground point, unless pre-arranged and will be subject to an additional charge. If an alternative is not pre-arranged then we reserve the right to leave the goods on the ground floor, or to charge an additional premium to deliver the goods to another floor.
Please ensure you make us aware if in delivering or collecting goods we are likely to encounter any unusual terrain, obstacles or have to deliver over a distance of 50 metres.

Cancellations and Refunds

In the unfortunate event of a cancellation, we All Bar .1. must be notified 4 weeks prior to the event. If you do cancel your booking with this notice or more you will receive your full deposit back unless a Temporary Event Notice is required to which £21.00 will be deducted as this is paid to the local council and is non refundable to ourselves.
If your cancellation is less than 4 weeks to your event, no refund is available.

Age Restriction

We will not sell our alcoholic products to anybody that we feel is under the age of 18 years old. Anyone that we suspect is attempting to purchase alcohol illegally will be asked for ID. We reserve the right to refuse you at any time.

Some alco pops, beers and wines may change depending on current market popularity
Items listed may vary at any time at the discretion of All Bar .1.

Claims for Breakages and Loss

The £50.00 deposit for the glasses is fully refunded to yourself at the end of the evening providing no glasses are broken by any member of your party. If however, any glasses are unfortunately broken, we do have a £1 charge per broken glass which will be deducted from the deposit.
Any items when hired, lost, stolen or broken from delivery to collection will be charged. A list of charges can be obtained from All Bar .1. at request.

The Law That Applies to the Contract

This contract is subject to English Law and jurisdiction in full.
For the purposes of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 and notwithstanding any other provision of this contract, this contract is not intended to, and does not, give any person who is not a party to it any right to enforce any of its provisions.

Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. We will never give, lease, sell or otherwise disclose your personal information. Any information you give to All Bar .1. will be held with the utmost care, and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented
